UPDATE: At 9:30 AM a tow truck was dispatched to the scene.
A traffic accident was reported to CHP at 9 AM on Hwy 4. The exact location is not clear at this time. No injuries are reported.
A blue Jeep Cherokee is overturned. CHP is enroute.
