UPDATE: As of 2 PM the area is clear. An accident was reported to CHP at 1:32 PM on Hwy 88 (also Hwy 104) in Jackson. An ambulance is enroute to the scene due to injuries.
CHP is enroute to the location. A small red vehicle collided with a white PT Cruiser. Both vehicles are off the roadway.
