UPDATE: As of 12:15 PM the road is clear.
At 11:35 AM a traffic hazard was reported on and off Hwy 49 at Cosgrave, just outside Angels Camp.
The caller says it is some advertising person pulling a large piece of tupperware.Be careful in that area until CHP can clear it.
