While the Republican Party continues to battle their debt problems in California and the Democrats continue to rake in the money, its a different story nationally.
The Democratic National Committe borrowed $20 million in the last quarter of 2012, which they still owe; however the Republican National Committee did not have to borrow any money in 2012 (of course, they also lost), and have around $7.5 million on hand.
