Amador County Looking for Auditor RFP's

   Amador county is seeking RFP's (request for proposals) for its annual auditing services. The deadline to apply is May 16, 2013.

   RFP 13-07 Project Description Summary:
   The County of Amador is seeking sealed proposals for an annual audit for each of three fiscal years (7/1/2012 -  6/30/2013, 7/1/2013 - 6/30/2014, and 7/1/2014 - 6/30/2015).

   The audit shall include a single audit that complies with the Single Audit Act of 1984, and a compliance audit of the Treasure Oversight Committee of the County of Amador.

   Qualified responders may acquire a proposal package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200 B Airpost Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Amador County's BIDnet site at www.govbids.com . (BAPS link)

   Sealed  proposals will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office: by US Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527 ; by UPS, Fed Ex or by other courier to 12200 B Airpost Road, Martell, CA 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, May 16, 2013, at which time sealed proposals will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address.

   Proposals received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and email proposals will not be considered.
