Shelly Marie Strickland (29) of Jackson, was arrested on April 15, 2013 on E. St. Charles Street in San Andreas
by the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office.
The list of alleged charges include DUI, being Under the Influence of a controlled Substance, Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia and being an Addict Driving a vehicle, misdemeanors; and Possession of a controlled substance and Possession of a Narcotic controlled substance, felonies.
Strickland was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released for lack of space.
Also arrested at that location was Nathan Erle Winkler, (38) of San Andreas on warrants and for alleged Possession of a controlled Substance, a felony, and being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor.
Winkler was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
