Born December 26, 1925 in Montpelier, Vermont to George and Edna LeClair Buswell, he attended Hillyer College and was a professional Safety Engineer.
Mr Buswell was in the US Army Infantry in WWII, a PFC under General Patton, in E Company 414 th, 104th Division, the Timber Wolves, fought at the Battle of the Bulge, was in a concentration camp, received the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart.
He was a member of the San Andreas Fire Department, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
Mr. Buswell was also a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church and served at Treasurer, Lay Leader and Jr. Warden.
Mr Buswell is survived by his wife Lorraine Christie Buswell, two sons William C. Buswell (Celeste) of Fallon Nevada and Thomas C. Buswell (Shearne) of Traoina.
