Around 7:45 AM this morning eyes were drawn upwards in downtown Sacramento. A man was hanging by a rope, dead after attempting to mark or etch something into the facade of the building.
The death appears to be an accident. A can of spray paint and an etching tool were found on the roof above where the man was found hanging.
