UPDATE: As of 10:50 AM the roadway is clear per CHP
4-30-13: 10:22 AM-- Due to a big rig being hooked up and hauled away, one lane of Mountain Ranch Rd is blocked off near Washington in Mountain Ranch.
CHP is onscene and will reopen both lanes as soon as big rig is cleared. Use caustion in that area.
