Boston hospitals are now reporting that nearly 20 people out of the more than 170 wounded in the Boston Marathon bombings were hurt so badly that they had to have one or two limbs amputated.
Another 50 other inured are still in the hospital a week after the blast. Many of the reamainder have gone home to hopefully recover their lives.
