Amador County is requesting proposals to replace the existing 7-channel Doug Hall VHF Voting Comparator (Voter) that is part of the existing Amador County communication infrastructure and systems.
The County of Amador is seeking proposals for the furnishing of all labor, tax, transportation, shipping, freight, services, disposal, equipment, materials and appurtenant facilities to properly replace and maintain the current Doug Hall Voting Comparator.
Prospective proposers are responsible for having full knowledge of the FCC mandates to Narrowband all frequencies operating at 25kHz to 12.5 kHz.
Qualified responders may acquire a proposal package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Amador county's BIDnet site at www.govbids.com (BAPS link).
Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by US Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, Ca 95642-9527; by UPS, FedEx or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA 95654 until 1:30 PM thursday, June 13, 2013, at which time sealed proposals will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address.
Proposals received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and Email proposals will not be considered.
