UPDATE: 5-12-13 at 10:43 AM CHP received another call that the cow is back out in the highway.
5-12-13 @ 7:45: CHP is returning to Hwy 49 at Carson Hill after getting another call that a cow is out on the road there. They had been out earlier and didn't find the cow.
Use extra caution in that area this morning.
