How many bees in one hive?

Beekeepers were called to remove a beehive from a Utah cabin last week to remove what the owner said seemed to be a lot of bees buzzing.

Turned out, when they took apart a panel in the rafters, they found 60,000 honeybees. It's believed that this is the largest number of bees ever removed from on location.
