   Is it true that Jay-Z is suing a singer named Foxy Brown for calling him bad names?

   We aren't sure what it means or if she said it but TMZ reports that Jay-Z says Foxy called him a gonorrhea-infected "tranny chaser"!! Just thought it was funny and that you would want to know!
