The Calaveras Sheriff's Office and CHP are requesting assistance in locating a missing 75 year old
woman, Fay Burford, age 75, of Murphys was last seen at a scheduled appointment in Walnut Creek on May 23, 2013 at 10 AM.
Burford has been reported missing as she was expected to arrive back at her home on the same date, but has not been seen or heard from since leaving her appointment.
Mrs. Burford is driving a faded silver or taupe colored 1996 Jeep Cherokee, CA license plate # 4YMC949.
Records indicate that her bank card was used in Coalinga at 6:30 PM and in Lake Isabella at 11:30 PM on May 23, 2013.
At this time the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office has no reason to believe that foul play is involved.
The Sheriff's Office is asking that if anyone should see Fay Burford, or know of her whereabouts to immediately call the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office at 209-754-6500.
Also CHP has issued a SILVER alert for the Jeep. CHP shows an address on Grenoble in Arnold.
