The money walks...the money talks!

   As usual, where the money goes, so goes the government..
.or at least the elected officials. 

    We recently found out the that the reason freshman Assemblyman Chris Holden D-Pasadena was made majority whip.... is because the freshman legislator donated $199,000 to Assembly Speaker John A Perez' 2012 campaign.

   By the way, did you know that Perez was a former labor union official and is a COUSIN of LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. In fact, the mayor is credited with putting Perez in his first elected office.
