UPDATE: Just found out this is the same cow police have chased daily for ten days.
They want the owners to handle.
May 19, 2013: At 2:40 PM a traffic hazard was reported to CHP on Hwy 49 in Carson Hill. No other details have been made available.
Use extra caution if driving in that area.
