UPDATE: CHP arrived at 5:20 PM. A tow truck was dispatched. CDF is also at the scene.
June 11, 2013: A traffic collision on Hwy 12 between Upper and Lower Double Springs Road was reported to CHP at 5:20 PM.
Three vehicles are involved but it is unknown if there are injuries. CHP is not onscene yet.
