On July 30, 2013 at 6 PM there will be a Special Calaveras Board of Supervisors meeting in the evening.
It actually begins at 5 PM in the Board Chambers with a Closed Session and the regular meeting begins at 6 PM.
It does seem that they have nothing controversial on the agenda intentionally due to the evening meeting. We can't keep them up past their bedtimes.
Chris Wright has a Resolution to support saving the Railroad Flat School, which we thought was already happening.
Their is an item to utilize an Action Summary for recording the Board minutes. We haven't seen any summaries since Krska left the position of Board Clerk.

It will be interesting to see how many petition signing students, school representatives will attend and the amount of day working citizens who will take the time to attend an evening meeting. I hope the gentleman from Mountain Ranch will attend. The night meetings of years past were spirited, due to the construction industry. I don't think this meeting will meet the criteria. Attendance will be the telling tale.
