July 11, 2013 Zimmerman trial: Don West, on of the attorneys for George Zimmerman has objected to any other lesser charges being levied as possible guilty verdicts for the jury.
One of them, where he became furiously angry at the State was Third degree murder, which is the child abuse statute, since Trayvon Martin had just turned 17.
While it makes sense to most of us, the defense was very worried about this one because of Martin's age when he killed him.
