Bigelow's Audit Request is Denied

   Assemblyman Frank Bigelow, who has been attempting anything and everything to try and stop or
at least slow down the high-speed rail, was today denied the request he made to audit all of the land deals involved.

   Bigelow and Assemblyman Jim Patterson, both Republicans, said they feared Central Valley landowners were being treated unfairly.

     The panel stated that they did not see any evidence brought forward of these claims.
