Is that the road project that is substandard for the development of Copperopolis? Maybe it's the new smaller cars that allows CalTrans to substitute a two lane road for a Department of Finance and CalTrans future development needed 4 lane road as highway 4? With Mr. Tryon gone, will anybody know the answer?

COG President Stein asked Director Garcia to look into and report back on the 4 lane issue.
It should be 4 lanes from angels to Stockton. that would be perfect, so much safer.
