UPDATE: CHP cleared the roadway by 1:15 PM.
August 28, 2013 at 12:47 PM: CHP received a call that a black pickup pulling a boat lost a wheel at Hwy 26 about 1 mile east of Hwy 12 and a car hit it.
CHP is en route to the scene. The vehicles are stuck on the road. A tow truck has been dispatched. Its on a curve where there is no shoulder.
