Dear Sierra Sentinel editor:
I've been trying to figure out what the county is doing with eliminating the minutes they usually require at meetings.
I am aware of a lot of questions about videos with "technical difficulties" or deleted scenes of meetings in the past, and I am concerned if this is going to happen again.
Is the County Clerk reliable and trustworthy enough to trust without any minutes? She was responsible for it all when the missing parts appeared, wasn't she?
A letter was going around that pointed out how many errors the clerk makes, so why are they doing this, to hide her mistakes?
And who does guard the videos? So many questions, so few answers.
