August 5, 2013: After speaking with several officials involved, we learned that the raw sewage leak into Lake Tulloch has been stopped.
This is just a temporary fix and more work will need to be done to permanently prevent leaks, but for now, there is apparently no raw sewage leaking into Lake Tulloch from the address listed in the complaint.
The important thing is that this leak is stopped and that the lake remain clean and safe for swimming.
