UPDATE: Per Daniel Berlant of CalFire the Rim Fire is now the 7th largest wildfire in California's recorded history. It is 20% contained.
UPDATE: As of 7:30 AM the Rim Fire is 179,481 acres officially. That's nearly 20,000 acres growth since yesterday.
The Rim Fire is now 160,980 acres and is 20% contained. The are thunderstorms headed for the Yosemite but are not expected to reach the the fire.
Bulldozers are trying to draw a line around the Giant Sequoias in Yosemite. Ash is now a concern to San Francisco's water supply. It has cost $27 million so far.
