UPDATE: At 10:27 AM according to the Fire Department, witnesses say a brown Ford Explorer with no plates left, westbound on Hwy 4.
August 16, 2013: At 10:10 AM a traffic accident was reported on Hwy 4 in Arnold, near the by-way. CHP is 45 minutes ETA. It is unknown if there are any injuries.
Apparently two vehicles hit parked vehicles at that location. A white pickup, a van and a third vehicle were hit possibly by an unknown suspect. Use extra caution in that area until cleared.
