UPDATE at 7:03 AM: CHP has still not arrived at this accident which is apparently near the bridge.
August 3, 2013 at 6:12 AM: A traffic accident was reported across from Irish Vineyard on Parrotts Ferry Rd at Batten in Vallecito.
No injuries have been reported. CHP is in route to the scene.
