Recently, an action by a City of Angels employee caused a complaint and demand for apology.
What did the City do?
Did they investigate? Did they take the facts and handle it appropriately? What is wrong with the City Council? They are ultimately responsible.
In regard to discrimination, we have been told privately that the city officials don't care and one even stated anonymously that the City is trying to get all the minorities out of the City limits either by arrest or harassment.
We can't say one way or the other if this is true, but we do know that when a City employs people who discriminate and gives them free reign, they are encouraging discrimination.
The citizens of Angels Camp deserve better. We need new leadership! It is leadership that causes the breakdown of any semblance of order and civility.
And they wonder why the Sierra Sentinel doesn't write nice things about them! More to come; much more to come!!!
