The Cleveland man who kidnapped and held 3 young women captive for 10 years was found dead in his jail cell last night.
Officials said that he was on security watch to check on him every 30 minutes, but Ariel Castro was not on suicide watch.
He was apparently found hanging in his cell and attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.
