On September 7, 2013 at 7:50 PM William Darrel Goddard (39) of Arnold was arrested at Melones (Hwy 49 and Stevenot Bridge) for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony and Controlled Substance Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, both misdemeanors.
Goddard was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Angels Camp Police and released pre-trial for lack of space.
Teela Betina Hartsinck (36) of Arnold was also arrested for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony, and Controlled Substance Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, both misdemeanors.
Hartsinck was also booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Angels Camp Police and released pre-trial for lack of room.
A third party, Shelby Marie Odenius (22) of Arlington, Washington was also arrested for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony and being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle and Controlled Substance Paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
Odenius was also booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released pre-trial for lack of room.
