Can you believe it. For the first time this year, at 7 AM on September 22, 2013 Ebbetts Pass on Hwy 4, is closed because of snow.
Chains are required on Hwy 4 from Mt. Reba Summit to Bear Valley. Hwy 88 has no restrictions at this time.

Can you believe it. For the first time this year, at 7 AM on September 22, 2013 Ebbetts Pass on Hwy 4, is closed because of snow.
