According to CHP Alyssa Gunderson, (23) of Carmichael was driving her 2010 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle southbound on Hwy 49 north of Fourth Crossing Rd about 6:35 AM at an unknown speed.
For unknown reasons the driver of the Kawasaki lost control of her vehicle. The motorcycle landed on its left side and the driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to Mark Twain Hospital.
The CHP indicates the accident is still under investigation.
