UPDATE at 12:26 PM: Farmington Road is now reopen off Hwy 99 and Sig Alert is cancelled.
UPDATE at 10:36 AM: A collision is now blocking the offramp from Southbound 99 at Farmington Rd. It is unknown when it will reopen.
UPDATE: AT 10:30 AM: A Sigalert has been issued on Hwy 99 that Farmington Rd exit (Hwy 4) is closed until further notice.
No estimated time has been given for its reopening per safety issues.
September 9, 2013 at 10:09 AM: The Farmington Rd. (Hwy 4) exit of the 99 Freeway has been closed due to an oily substance having been spilled on the exit there.
Three CHP are now at the scene. Three vehicles hit the rail before they blocked it off. It will remain closed until Caltrans cleans it up.
