September 19, 2013:  On Good Day on cable channel 12 this morning the gave a report on the Rim Fire. The fact
that there has not been this devastating a fire in California since the 1300's was chilling.

In the 1300's there was virtually no way to fight fires like there is today. They also said they took one of the tours available and that much of the Stanislaus National Forest in Tuolumne County now looks more like a moonscape; total devastation.

Then they reminded everyone that a careless hunter who built an illegal campfire was to blame for this one. Who is it? Is the person in custody.

Will they ever learn at the USFS that hunting and shooting should be banned in all national forests like it is at Yellowstone.

Humans are the predators of everything on earth, including the earth itself.  If man had a predator, population could be controlled and the earth and its other creatures would have a chance.

The total cost of the Rim Fire to date is $116.1 million.
