Stephen Hawking, a brilliant physicist, who has been living on life-support for 23 years
due to ALS, has fueled a deep divide in the right-to-die movement.
For years he was against physician assisted suicide, but now says the those who have a terminal illness and are in pain should be able to end their lives "without prosecution."
"We don't let animals suffer, so why humans?" he asked. Hawking is probably the most famous disabled person in the world.
