September 1, 2013 at 12:17 PM: two CHP are at the scene of a traffic accident that occurred at Hwy 12 and Hwy 88 outside of Stockton. All persons are out of their vehicles. A green sedan is on the right hand shoulder.
Four vehicles were involved, 2 vehicles blocking the roadway. A silver truck reportedly hit a small blue sedan that was stopped. No injuries have been reported. A tow truck has been dispatched.
