September 1, 2013: At 11:15 AM two CHP units are at the scene of a vehicle that overturned on Hwy 49 at Union Mine Road in San Andreas.
The vehicle landed back on its wheels, but one lane is blocked. An ambulance and a tow truck have been dispatched.
