On September 27, 2013 at 10 AM Shelley L. Browne, (30) of Valley Springs was arrested in Valley Springs for alleged Child Cruelty with the Possibility of Injury or Death, for Possession of a Narcotic Substance, both felonies and for being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
Browne was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff's deputies.
Derek James Bush, (30) also of Valley Springs was also arrested for alleged Child Cruelty with the Possibility of Death and Possession of a Controlled Substance, felonies and for being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and for Attempting destroy or conceal evidence, misdemeanors.
Bush was also booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff's deputies.
