September 3, 2013: At 10:15 AM two dogs were reported on the Hwy 88 onramp to the 99 freeway in Stockton, according to a driver in the area.
A German Sheperd and a pit bull are the identifications, per the caller. CHP is en route and the Sheriff's Office was asked to assist.
