Joe H. Miller of San Andreas, passed away on September 24, 2013 at his home. He was 50.A native of San Jose, he was born to Claude Albert and Juanita Moreno Miller on February 6, 1963.
He is survived by his partner Janet Ballou of San Andreas, children; Jessica and Justina Miller of West Point, Alisha and Ashley Miller of Washington, grandchildren; Jennalea Morris of West Point, his mother Juanita Moreno Alonzo Miller of Lodi, brothers Mike Miller of Lodi and Robert Miller of San Jose, sisters Shirley Miller and Vickie Foster of North Carolina.
He was predeceased by his father Claude Albert Miller.
