While everyone in Angels Camp knows that the cost of water and sewer in the City of Angels Camp is astronomical, Mr. McHatten, who runsthe City Council, plans to raise them.
The way they always achieve this is to say, "We need to have a rate study", the number one clue that they are jacking them up again.
Did they say that? Yes, Mr. McHatten, City Administrator certainly did. So get ready, and save your food money to pay the City Council so they can hire more people to play on the computer at the sewer plant and give them a raise.
And if you think we're making that up about playing on the computer, guess again. No one is watching them. They can do what they want.

They're trying to make up for that lost money in their books from years ago. They need to raise the rates for Greenhorn as they were supposed to oringinally have their own little world out there. The old town needs to be left alone.

Now if you have been in Calaveras County before the cut off day of June 6th, 1969, and have no teeth, your a local. If you've lived here after and before June 6th 1984 and have 1/2 your teeth, you are still kinda visiting. Anyone after 1984 and has all their teeth, are ruining everything! Go Home!
