On October 27, 2013 at around 2:30 AM Eric Seccombe (34) of Pioneer was driving a 2004 Ford F-150 on Hwy 49 near Chili Gulch when he allowed it to travel off the west side of the roadway.
As he attempted to regain control of the Ford, he brought it back onto the roadway, and it overturned.
Nicole Smith (33) a passenger in the Ford was ejected. She was transported by ambulance to Modesto Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.
Seccombe was transported to Doctor's Hospital in Modesto with moderate injuries.
