UPDATE at 7:22 AM: CHP arrived on the scene and found no occupant. Vehicle had been abandoned. A tow truck was dispatched
October 13, 2013: At approximately 7:06 AM CHP was notified of a traffic accident on Hwy 4 near the Vallecito By-Pass Road in Vallecito.
A vehicle ran off the road. An ambulance is enroute to the scene.
