According to the Calaveras Sheriff's Office, on September 30, 2013 at around 4 PM, Robert Victor Carroll (48) of White Pines
was arrested on Amber Way in Murphys for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, Indecent Exposure, Illegal Entry to a building, Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, and Committing a Felony while out on Bail, all felonies.
Carroll was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff's deputies.
