Still not much to cheer about in Detroit

   If we think things are bad in California, we have only to look at the City of Detroit, Michigan, where 40% of the streetlights are broken.

   Also 78,000 buildings have been burned or abandoned. And those who are working have to wonder if any bus in the bankrupt city will come along to pick them up.
