Bob Dylan charged with Incitement to Hatred in France?

   Apparently Bob Dylan made a comment back in 2012 that Croations are like Nazi's and the KKK that didn't sit well with some Croations.

   We aren't sure how, but the got the French government to file preliminary charges against Dylan for Incitement to Hatered, whatever the **** that is.   Bob Dylan? Our Bob Dylan? So much for free speech!
