Loose Dog at Hwy 4 and Parrots Ferry Rd.

    December 15, 2013 at 9:35 AM:   CHP has received at report of a loose dog running on the roadway at Hwy 4 and Parrotts Ferry Road in Vallecito. Use caution in that area.
