UPDATE: At 2:45 PM CHP indicates Hwy 4 is now clear.
UPDATE: At 2:08 PM a tow truck was called for a fully dressed motorcycle. Three CHP units are at the scene.
December 29, 2013: At 1:38 PM a traffic accident was reported to CHP from Hwy 4
and Meadowmont Road in Arnold.
A motorcycle is down. The victim is moving according to witnesses. An ambulance is en route. Air ambulance has been established at Chalcedon School in Vallecito.
