While House leader John Boehner told the Tea Party groups in essence. "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore", but some just don't get it in the Republican Party.
Boehner is back on top for now, and the new bi-partisan budget passed overwhelmingly. Our own representative McClintock, however, voted with Maxine Waters, a Democrat.
Waters was mad that unemployment extensions for those suffering from the recession in Los Angeles was not included. McClintock voted right alongside of her.
And we all thought he was in the Tea Party. We can now all be fairly certain that he has become a Democrat at heart and voted against the budget. He wanted to help Waters' constituents get more benefits. Now that's real nice!
We hear that they are spending all their spare time together due to his longtime inability to understand the needs of the poor. She is busy teaching him. He will be a better man for it.
